Khaldon Khashman is a senior water utilities management expert, who served the water sector in Jordan for more than 25 years, where he started his career at Jordan Drinking Water Corporation in the early eighteens, then filled many vital positions at the Water Authority of Jordan in different service areas in Jordan. Eng. Khaldon Khashman is a member of board of directors at the Water Authority of Jordan, municipal councils, Jordan Engineers Association and other professional organization and a former board member in Jordan Water Company (Miyahuna), Northern Governorates Water Administration and Aqaba Water Company. He attended more than 40 local and international professional training programs covering technical, financial, legal and administrative issue in water utilities. Since 2009 and currently Eng. Khashman is working as the Secretary General for the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA), where he strongly believes in the importance of knowledge and experience transfer between Arab water utilities and promoting ACWUA as regional center of excellence which will partner with water supply and wastewater utilities in Arab countries to provide best practice service delivery to their customers.

Ahmad is a finance and human resources administrator with over 16 years of experience in managing multi-disciplinary staff in municipal utilities and government ministries. Ahmad worked as Human Resources Director for the North Region Water Administration, restructured the water and wastewater management utilities in the four northern governorates, and oversaw their merging into a single directorate. Developed and successfully implemented a cost center coding system for the new directorate, and a system for delegation of authority. Served as Director of the Office of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation for two years, with responsibility for day-to-day management of the work flow and solving problems related to service delivery and customer complaints. Coordinates inter-departmental meetings, and records meeting minutes and follow up agendas. Budgetary responsibility include: preparation of annual recurrent and capital cost budgets and preparation of quarterly budget comparison report. Assists the Secretary General in the organization of training activities, and the monitoring and evaluation of the courses. Fluent in Arabic, English and good in Hindi Presently working as Administration and Finance Director in the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA) since 01-01-2009 up to date.

Mustafa Nasereddin is an Environmental and Water Resources Management Consultant who obtained his Master Degree in Integrated Water Resources Management from Cologne University for Applied Sciences. Eng. Mustafa is serving as the Director of Programs and Technical Services at the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA). He is the manager of the Arab Water Week (www.arabwaterweek.org). Before joining ACWUA, Mr. Mustafa worked at the instituting water demand management in Jordan Project "IDARA" as water demand management specialist, where he worked on developing a new standardized water and sanitation plumbing code for Jordan, developing a Master Plumber certification and training program and developing BMP guides for efficient water use at High-Rise and High Density Areas in Jordan. He worked with ECO Consult on many projects related to sustainable development and environmental management, EIA‘s, solid waste management, water demand management, institutional reform and municipal development. During his working experience, Eng. Mustafa was engaged in many projects and assignments with the Jordanian Ministry of Water and Irrigation, Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs through collaborating with a wide range of funding agencies. Before joining ECO Consult Mr. Mustafa was a program officer in WEPIA project, where he gained a good experience in public participation in water conservation in rural and poor areas. Also was trained as GIS and Remote Sensing operator at the Natural Resources Authority in Jordan. Mustafa Nasereddin is the IWRM MSc-DAAD alumni representative, and a member of the Water Efficiency (WE) technical committee at the Jordanian Green Building Council (JGBC).

Mohammed was born in Beit-Jalla, Palestine. In the year 2002, he obtained his B.Sc. degree in biology from the College of Science from the University of Hebron. During the same period Mohammed was full time volunteer at International Palestinian Youth league (IPYL), he lead international and local activities and trained young leader. He was selected many times by IPYL to lead Palestinian Youth teams to Germany Bulgaria, Portugal and Malta. In 2002 Mohammed moved to live and reside in Germany. He attended a two-year international Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences at the University of Cologne and successfully obtained his degree in the year 2006. In July 2008, He was awarded a scholarship from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) for double Master degree in Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) for Arab and German Young Professionals which is offered jointly by the University of Jordan and Cologne University of Applied Sciences. Mohammed awarded also the Alliance of Civilization International Fellowship for the emerging leaders which was organized by German Marshall Fund of the United States in cooperation the British Council, the League of Arab States, the Islamic Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO). During his stay in Germany he was employed as young pedagogical professional by NETZWERK Soziale Dienste und Okologische Bildungsarbeit e.V. Since October 2010 Mohammed lives in Jordan and works as Director of Communications at the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA). Before joining ACWUA he worked as a Consultant at the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Water Programme in the Palestinian Territories (PT) and his main tasks were to facilitate and organise delegation for the Arab Water Week in Jordan and to facilitate and support knowledge management with Palestinian Water Union of service providers.

Ahmad obtained his M.Sc. degree in Water Resources and Environment Management in 2009 from Balqa Applied University, Jordan in cooperation with Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium. Before joining ACWUA, Ahmad worked as water and environment design engineer for Consolidated Consultants on different projects on public awareness , environmental management, EIA‘s, solid waste management, water demand management. He’s ISO 14001 Certified Internal Auditor ,had many professional courses on Air and Water Pollution Modelling, GIS, RS and Groundwater flow models.
